i-phone vs. Blackberry

Ok so I hate the title too but it was the best way to sum up this post. So the first day of work went well and I was even able to score some supplies (who doesn't love free stuff even if it's for work.)

So now I am faced with the dilemma of buying a new phone because I will be using my old phone (bberry) for work purposes only. So new country, new plan, new phone I guess. Problem is I loved my bberry (I loved it more before I went to the beach with my nieces thus causing them to spill sand all over it and damage the casing but i digress.) Should I get another bberry for personal use and start up a new plan

or

get a FREE (remember how I love that word) i-phone and also start up a new plan. There is no cost difference in the two plans so its strictly up to preference. I'm all for trying something new (hey I moved didn't I) but when it comes to your phone...sigh..ooo..I mean do I really want to keep pushing/pushing/pushing that touch pad with my stringy fingers and accidentally type a 'u' instead of a 'y'? How long will it take me to figure the whole thing out?

But with the bberry I mean its so efficient yet nerdy. I mean this whole post has mac guy vs PC guy all over it but I will not go down that road.

All in all I don't care about toys (well not that much) and is the i-phone really worth all that its cracked up to be? Then again it's free...

Thoughts are welcome!

  2. I <3 my iphone more than anyone should love a material possession.

I freaking love having tons of music with me at all times...I guess you can play music on a Blackberry but do people do that?

I wouldn't worry about the touchscreen thing.
